delivery & returns

Delivery

Please allow 4-6 days for delivery.

Everything in the shop is made by hand, and packed by hand too (often with a few extra goodies included for good measure). I send everything out on a 2-3 day delivery to the UK, 3-17 day delivery to Europe, USA & Rest Of World.

Here are the prices:

UK delivery is FREE for standard delivery for orders over £20.

If you need something quick smart then let me know and I will do my best to get it to you as soon as possible!

European delivery is £6 for an order under £99. FREE when you spend over £100.

USA, Canada, Mexico delivery is £8 for an order under £99. FREE when you spend over £100.

Rest Of World delivery is £8 for an order under £99. FREE when you spend over £100.

For overseas deliveries then please allow a few more days for the pigeon to land! This will vary from place to place so let me know where you would like your package to go and I will give you my best guess.

Returns

If you're not happy with something I've made for you then I'd want to put it right.

Please return your item within 14 days to Lisa Stickley Studio, 11B Wood Vale, London, SE23 3DS

International
If you would like to return or exchange any items, please email hello@lisastickleystudio.com within 14 days of receiving your order, with the following information:
– your name and email
– your order number – you can find this on your order confirmation email
– the item you would like to return or exchange
– the reason for return

Once you’ve let me know you’d like to return or exchange your item or order, you have 14 days to return it to me. For international returns, I’ll be in touch to let you know how to do this.

Please note

I can only accept return or exchanges on items purchased from my website. If you purchased from one of my stockists please contact them directly.
Returned or exchanged items must be unused/unworn, in original condition with labels still attached.
I can't accept returns or exchanges on personalised items – this includes cushions, portraits, posters unless of course they are damaged.
I do not refund the original shipping costs and you will have to cover the cost of return shipping unless your item is defective or you have received the wrong product.
For exchanges, you will be charged the cost of shipping for the new item.
When sending an item back to me, I recommend using a trackable shipping method so you can track the status of your shipment and be sure that the items get returned to me. I cannot accept the cost of any items lost in transit. 

Damaged packages

If you notice that your order is damaged upon arrival, please do not accept the package and contact me straight away.
Alternatively, please photograph the damaged packaging/item and email me, or send it back to me so I can see what went wrong.
